Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field
5–8+ years of IT infrastructure experience. At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Experience supporting a 24/7 or production-critical environment is an advantage.
Understand network TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing/Switching, Firewall, VPN wireless networking, windows servers active directory, DHCP, virtualization. Strategic IT infrastructure, Problem -solving and analytical thinking, vendor and contract management, risk management, ability to work under production-critical condition understanding in business continuity planning.
Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
Coordinate with ISP and telecommunications providers
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, application servers, and authentication infrastructure
Maintain data center availability, environmental controls, power protection, and physical security
Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, specifications, and technical requirements
