Who Thrives Here:
- At least 2 years finisher of any college course
- With at least 2 years of MIS experience
- With experience in handling Voice Contact Center campaign
- Exposed in using any of the following – PowerBI, Tableau and other Reporting Tools
- amenable to work onsite and night shift in Cebu
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding the data/system needs of the business and developing integrated MIS systems for creating reports to be present to the management.
- Performing data extraction, data compilation, retention, summarization, and publication
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure all reported information is accurate and relevant.
- Provide robust data usage and analytics reports to the appropriate leaders in management.
