Job Purpose
To manage the company's databases of customer records and prepare calling data from these databases. This job would require high organizational skills and technical database knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs straightforward, stand-alone tasks or transactions following detailed instructions and predefined procedures.
- Responsible for validating, entering, and updating data in the databases according to specified guidelines and checklists.
- Captures comprehensive information on the data tracked by the respective department, source partner, and centers.
- Gathers, organizes, cleans, transforms, and loads data through the ETL process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with MIS standards throughout.
- Analyzes data and creates reports from the company database to drive optimization and improve performance and business outcomes.
- Works with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive the implementation of proposed solutions.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple call center partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- With excellent use of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with call center dialers is an advantage.
- Have knowledge in phpMyAdmin server or other database servers.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working conditions
- Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
- Must be willing to work on UK Time Shift (2pm onwards)
