Job Description

  • Must be graduate of I.T or any related course.
  • Monitor head office IT hardware, networks, and internet resources; perform basic troubleshooting and hardware diagnosis.
  • Maintain proper documentation of workflows, system processes, and standard operating procedures while securing company data.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and assist with end-user training for new system features.
  • Preferably with relevant experience in related field.
  • Willing to work onsite (Manggahan, Pasig City).
