Your Day-to-Day
- Analyze and interpret operational data to support business requirements and decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboards.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, including dashboards and ad hoc reports.
- Perform high-level data analysis and data management tasks.
- Meet client requirements within agreed turnaround times (TAT) while maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address reporting needs.
- Monitor and support operational processes through logical analysis and reporting.
- Manage multiple reporting requests while adapting to changing business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Reporting/MIS.
- Must have at least 2 years of exposure in a Call Center environment.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle and achieve departmental requirements.
- Knowledge of operational processes, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
- Open to change and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Excellent client management skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work with data and generate various dashboards, reports, and ad hoc reports.
- Strong ability to perform high-level data analysis and data management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities for growth.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting environment.
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate a proactive, go-getter attitude.
