Job Summary

The data scientists of the team have a command of heavy compute from databases, typically on the order of millions of rows, along with the fundamentals of statistics to glean insights from data. Specialization in insights involves a strong ability to translate financial, operational or agency data into actionable recommendations, along with presenting corresponding value articulation in either savings or sales uplift in decks fit for the consumption of executives (ExCo).

Job Accountabilities

MIS & Reporting:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Provide actionable insights through trend analysis and workforce metrics.
  • Support the HR Enablement and Technology team in key projects and initiatives

Automation & Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for automation within HR processes and reporting.
  • Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Excel VBA, Power BI, or other relevant platforms.
  • Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Workday Transaction Support:

  • Execute and validate HR transactions in Workday (e.g., hires, terminations, job changes).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday processes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in system updates.

Data Governance & Compliance:

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Support audits and data validation activities as required.
