Minting Operations Assistant

1. Handles the full process of gold minting, following all standard procedures and work instructions.

• Melts and casts gold using a Continuous Casting Machine
• Rolls gold strips to the required thickness
• Cuts strips into blanks with a Hydraulic Cutter
• Cleans and prepares gold bars with care to prevent damage
• Uses an Annealing Furnace for surface treatment
• Stamps bars using a Hydraulic Press
• Polishes and repairs finished bars

2. Regularly performs quality checks and inspections

3. Packs, stores, and secures finished products

4. Follows production schedules and meets quality standards

5. Maintains cleanliness and order through daily 5S practices

6. Monitors machines and products to prevent breakdowns or defects

7. Performs basic maintenance on equipment

8. Keeps the work area clean and ensures safety at all times

Qualifications:

OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES

Education: BS in Metallurgical Engg or related field, no prior work experience necessary. Alternatively, with vocational or trade education/certification in the fields of metalworking, metal craft, jewelry-making, coin and bar minting or related field, or else with relevant experience on such.
