Job Purpose: The Mindscapes Sales Manager is responsible for increasing the sales revenue for Mindscapes (Mental Wellness Program) through acquiring new accounts and ensuring retention of existing businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect, sell, and present Mindscapes products and other Workplace Mental Health products to the market.
- Facilitate client prospecting to closing a sale, managing accounts, updating the team on new policies, procedures, sand trategizing to augment the team's performance
- Responsible for managing and attaining sales quota.
- Responsible for the market development of the assigned product to ensure that the product grows steadily.
- Consult with workplace mental health specialists, human resource departments, wellness and other committees, regarding organizational wellness and employee issues to help improve Mindscapes products.
- Gain a complete understanding of specific goals, objectives, and target market.
- Facilitate organizing, planning, and implementing a strategy to expand sales and assist the team.
- Design a strategic sales plan that expandsMindscapes's customer base and ensures a strong presence in the employee wellness sphere.
- Understand and stay abreast of all competitive workplace mental health products and programs and strategize on how to position Mindscapes offerings within the competitive space.
- Enhance the relationships and support growth of key accounts to optimize the portfolio by monitoring customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Facilitate sales campaigns, trainings, and orientations for potential clients (regardless of source/channel).
Job Specifications
- Minimum Education: Graduate degree in a related discipline, i.e., preferably in Sales, Healthcare, Behavioral Health, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Experience Required: 3-5 years of work experience
- Background/certification in Mental Health would be an asset.
