Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Migration Specialist to manage and support client data migration processes. This role involves working closely with clients through remote access, guiding them through migration tools, and ensuring a smooth and accurate transition. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically capable, and excels in communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client appointments daily, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery

• Work with tools and platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft SQL Server, and SSIS

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation throughout the migration process

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams

• Connect with clients via remote access to support migration activities

• Guide clients step-by-step through the migration tool

• Address and resolve client questions related to the migration process
