Middleware Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and builds new version of middleware technologies running on Linux and or

AIX Platforms

• Builds and supports Middleware Technologies (Oracle Traffic Director, Weblogic, Oracle

Fusion Middleware, Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, ControlM, MOVEiT, etc.)

• Installations of Software & Binary packages and upgrades Middleware
• Provides technical support of Development, Test and Production environments
• Provides input for middleware technologies design standards
• Supports the installation of application releases into Test environments, including

delivery of container build scripts

• Provides input to low-level designs
• Identifies issues affecting customer service and resolve them
• Provides build requirement for VMs and/or server set-up
• Contributes to the development of documentation and standards
• Migrates Middleware Infrastructure to new versions and support the migration of

applications by development teams

• Provides inputs in estimating project builds
• Liaises with application teams regarding Middleware (e.g. Weblogic) Code of Connectionand integration issue.
