Job Description & Responsibilities
- Sales Execution:Qualify leads, manage opportunities, and close deals with Tier 2/mid-market clients.
- Strategic Growth:Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue within a targeted account list.
- Product Expertise:Sell a range of Infobip products/services (CPaaS, SaaS).
- Customer Engagement:Present value propositions, negotiate pricing, and contractual terms.
- Collaboration:Work with technical, product, and account management teams to ensure solution fit and client health.
- Reporting:Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline information in the CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or telecommunications.
- Track Record:Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Skills:Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Client Management:Experience engaging stakeholders at different levels within mid-sized enterprises.
- Background:Experience with CPaaS or Cloud Communications is highly valued.
