Responsibilities
- Develop secure and user-friendly websites in WordPress.
- Translate complex Photoshop comps to clean, semantic markup with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with the development team.
- Understand the client's goals and objectives in order to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Transfers/shares gained knowledge to colleagues for synchronization purposes.
Requirements
- At least 1-year experience. Fresh grads will not be entertained.
- Advanced knowledge in WordPress, can create themes from scratch
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript is required
- Knowledge in Twitter Bootstrap is required
- Knowledge in Responsive Web Design
- Experience optimizing sites for mobile devices and building responsive websites
- Thorough understanding of cross-platform coding and browser compatibility issues and of web design in relation to site development
- Candidate must possess good work ethics
- Must be able to work efficiently with an eye for detail
- Must be hardworking and flexible
- Experience in MVC Framework or other web application architectures is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge in JQuery is an advantage but not required
