The Successful Applicant

A successful Mid-Level Software Engineer should have:

Strong backend engineer with 3+ years of experience building scalable, production-grade software systems.
Expert in Go (Golang) or Java, with solid knowledge of software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns.
Proven experience designing and developing microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL, Redis, and database optimization, including concurrency and persistence layer design.
Strong experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing and distributed systems.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud environments, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and observability.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Analytical problem solver who takes ownership of security, incident management, and delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.
