Mid Level Software Developer

STRATEGIC VALUE AND JUSTIFICATION:

This role provides cost-effective support for the POC; executes well-defined tasks under senior guidance, contributing to project efficiency and economic feasibility while gaining valuable experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

A mid-level software developer is responsible for various tasks and responsibilities, including:

1.Writing and maintaining code: Develops software applications using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#; executes well-defined development tasks.

2.Collaboration: Participates in software design and code reviews to ensure delivery of quality products and enhance skillsets; works closely with team members, product managers and designers to ensure seamless integration of features; provides estimates for development work

3.Debugging and troubleshooting: Identifies and resolves bugs and performance issues in existing applications; builds specific components of the system; assists with component and API integration.

4.Testing: Implements unit testing and integration testing practices to ensure software reliability.

5.Continuous learning: Stays up-to-date on state-of-the-art programming techniques and software technologies;

6.Contributes to investments and research that fuel innovation and technological advancements;

RequiredSkillsandQualifications

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

2.Generally, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development is expected.

3.Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages, understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.

4.Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously;

5.Learning agility and adaptability to new technologies.

6.Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
