Role Overview: Contribute to ServiceNow development projects while supporting IT operations at client locations. Implements, configures, and optimizes ServiceNow solutions under senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD) on client sites.
- Assist in network monitoring, endpoint management, and system integrations.
- Create workflows, scripts, and business rules as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Perform on-site testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support project documentation and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of ServiceNow development experience, with exposure to client deployments.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD modules.
- Familiarity with network monitoring, endpoint management, REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
