As we continue to grow, Wonderfoods is undergoing a major digital transformation—modernizing our systems, automating business processes, and building a more integrated, data-driven organization.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Odoo Developer who wants to play a key role in building and shaping our next-generation ERP environment.

Role Description

This is not simply an Odoo maintenance role. You will work closely with our Business Process & ERP Lead to design, implement, customize, and continuously improve Odoo as the company's central ERP platform.

You will be involved throughout the implementation lifecycle—from process analysis and system architecture to development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules based on actual business requirements
• Configure and integrate Odoo applications across Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Sales, POS, HR, and Operations
• Develop integrations with existing and future business systems
• Translate documented business processes into reliable technical solutions
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain the Odoo environment
• Support data migration from legacy systems
• Participate in testing, deployment, and system improvements
• Maintain proper technical documentation, source control, and change records
• Work directly with Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other key departments

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience preferred
• Experience with Odoo module development, customization, and deployment
• Strong working knowledge of Python and Odoo ORM
• Experience with PostgreSQL / SQL
• Familiarity with XML, QWeb, JavaScript, REST APIs, and third-party integrations
• Comfortable working with Git/version control and Linux environments
• Understanding of ERP workflows and relational databases
• Able to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Highly Preferred

Experience with Odoo Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, POS, multi-branch operations, retail, restaurant/food service, or end-to-end ERP implementations will be a strong advantage.
