We're looking for a Machine Learning Specialist with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our growing Data Science team. In this role, you'll help build cutting-edge AI solutions used by global clients in the retail and restaurant industries—turning complex data (including images and text) into actionable intelligence.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications powered by LLMs and Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
  • Build and optimize ML pipelines to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy
  • Take ownership of models in production—monitoring, validating, and continuously improving outputs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
  • Contribute to the evolution of our MLOps and AI engineering practices

What We're Looking For

Core Qualifications

  • Ability to work a European hours with a remote team based in Poland
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering machine learning solutions in production environments
  • 1+ year of experience working with LLM-based systems (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Ollama, or similar)

Technical Skills

  • Strong Python skills with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Pydantic
  • Experience with modern LLM frameworks like LangChain and/or LangGraph
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices (model deployment, monitoring, versioning)
  • Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Exposure to tools such as Snowflake (Cortex), Langfuse, or similar is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Comfortable using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in an agile environment

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a high level of curiosity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
