The Role

We're looking for an experienced Technical Draughter based in the Philippines to join our team in a full-time, remote role.

You'll work closely with our international design team to translate interior design concepts into accurate, coordinated construction drawings. This role suits someone who understands how interior spaces are built, takes pride in technical detailing, and works confidently and independently.

What you'll do:

Prepare interior drawing packages, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections.
Develop detailed joinery, cabinetry, finishes and installation drawings.
Translate design sketches, specifications and feedback into coordinated technical drawings.
Coordinate interior drawings with architectural, structural and building services information.
Check dimensions, consistency and buildability, flagging discrepancies for resolution.
Manage drawing revisions and maintain organised project documentation.
Collaborate remotely with designers, suppliers and contractors to resolve technical queries and meet deadlines.

What you'll bring:

Proven technical drafting experience in interior design, architecture or interior fit-out projects.
Strong AutoCAD proficiency; SketchUp or Revit experience is an advantage.
A sound understanding of construction methods, materials, joinery and interior detailing.
Experience producing construction-ready drawing packages with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.
Clear written and spoken English and confidence collaborating with an international team.
A qualification in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
Hospitality or corporate project experience is an advantage.
