About the Role
Robotech Pros Inc. is a US-based robotics and warehouse automation company. We are hiring a self-driven mid-level full-stack developer to help build an app for robot orchestration, task tracking, operator HMIs, and admin dashboards.
This role will work across the whole app, with a main focus on the database and frontend side. Work is remote, flexible, and long-term.

What You'll Build
- Operator-facing dashboards for live tasks, robot status, station activity, analytics, and exceptions.
- Portable HMI interfaces for warehouse station workflows.
- FastAPI backend endpoints that connect dashboards to task and system data.
- PostgreSQL/SQLAlchemy data layers, schema improvements, indexes, migrations, and seed/demo data.
- Simulator workflows for testing robot and station behavior before real hardware integrations.
Required Skills
- Python, FastAPI, clean REST API design.
- JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS for dashboards and operator tools.
- PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy, including schema design and query optimization.
- Git/GitHub workflow.
- Strong AI coding tool fluency, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Windsurf, or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Real-time dashboards, WebSockets, or event-driven systems.
- Docker or deployment experience.
- Warehouse automation and task workflows experience.
Soft Requirements
- Excellent written English.
- Self-managed, reliable, and proactive.
- Comfortable working from architecture notes, mockups, and evolving requirements.
- Available for occasional video calls during US Pacific hours.
Compensation
Monthly retainer in USD for a flexible part-time commitment. Please propose your rate based on your expected weekly hours.
