As a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer, you will work on digital platforms that support modern connectivity services across consumer, business, and wholesale markets. You will bring hands-on React.js, PHP, and front-end development experience to improve user interfaces, support platform stability, and deliver scalable web enhancements with Emapta's international teams.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field
- 3-5 years of commercial experience in a development-related IT role
- Strong hands-on experience in full stack or front-end development using React.js and PHP
- Practical knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS/LESS, JavaScript, TypeScript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, and React.js
- Practical knowledge of back-end technologies, including Laravel, Livewire, and Statamic CMS
- Experience with Adobe Target for A/B testing and website personalization is preferred
- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, testing best practices, unit testing frameworks, and deployment readiness
- Experience working with Linux-based platforms for application deployment and maintenance
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and UX practices
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute technical improvements
- Strong communication, collaboration, issue resolution, and knowledge-sharing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a large, multicultural team environment
- Professional, transparent, and accountable approach to software delivery
Key Deliverables
- Produce clean, reliable, and standards-aligned code that follows approved development practices
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for applications, systems, workflows, and process updates
- Support platform stability and service availability across assigned systems in line with agreed performance expectations
Your Daily Tasks
- Build scalable, maintainable front-end solutions for web applications
- Improve user interfaces, components, and front-end performance
- Develop, test, and release web platform enhancements
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables with the Team Leader or Manager
- Own front-end component quality, functionality, and performance
- Follow coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices
- Work with stakeholders to ensure integrations meet business requirements
- Provide realistic estimates and raise risks, blockers, or delays early
- Support development processes aligned with ISO27001 and industry standards
- Apply Agile practices through user stories, backlog reviews, and progress tracking
- Complete QA checks and prepare applications for production deployment
