Commercial Deal Support That Strengthens Revenue Decisions

Revenue growth depends on the details behind every quote, approval, and contract record. As a Mid-Level Deal Desk Analyst, you will support deal structuring, pricing checks, approval workflows, Excel reporting, and quote-to-cash coordination. This role is designed for professionals with aligned analytical experience, not overly senior leadership profiles. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing support, revenue operations, financial analysis, sales operations, or a similar analytical support role
  • Working knowledge of revenue-related processes, compliance checks, approval workflows, and commercial controls
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis, dashboards, and large data review
  • Strong ability to assess pricing, discounts, commercial terms, profitability, and revenue impact
  • Familiarity with quote management, pricing tools, and quote-to-cash processes
  • Able to coordinate with sales, finance, legal, operations, and other cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across data, reports, and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot quote issues and escalate non-standard requests when needed
  • Strong communication skills for explaining quote concerns, approval requirements, and reporting insights clearly

Key Responsibilities

  • Review deal structures, pricing, discounts, and contract terms to ensure alignment with policies and profitability goals.
  • Create and manage price quotes, route approval requests, and support proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, operations, and other teams to resolve approval, contract, quote, and data concerns.
  • Develop financial models to assess deal margins, pricing scenarios, and revenue impact.
  • Respond to quote creation questions, system issues, and troubleshooting requests.
  • Prepare revenue reports, Excel analyses, trend summaries, turnaround time reports, and non-standard request tracking.
  • Escalate non-standard pricing, discounting, contract, or commercial requests for proper review.
  • Maintain accurate deal, contract, billing, and CRM data across relevant systems.
  • Support opportunity completion, quote system guidance, and close-related processes, including items handled outside standard workflows.
  • Ensure deal activities follow internal controls, approval workflows, revenue policies, and documentation requirements.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen deal cycle efficiency, reporting accuracy, and workflow quality.
