The Mission
Own the delivery of critical core features and expand our Agentic AI capabilities. You will build end-to-end featuresfrom the backend CQRS commands to the Blazor frontend componentsenabling our AI agents to automate complex security and compliance tasks for our users.
Requirements
- Proficient C# / .NET: 2-5 years of experience building scalable backends using Dapper and EF Core, with a solid grasp of Onion Architecture.
- AI Integration: Experience or strong interest in working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building functions/tools that AI agents can execute.
- Blazor Experience: Hands-on experience building UI components, maintaining clean code-behinds, and implementing robust test automation selectors (data-testid).
- AI-Native Workflow: Daily use of Cursor or Claude Code is required to maintain our high shipping velocity.
- Startup DNA: You are comfortable taking extreme ownership of your tickets and seeing them through to production in a fast-paced environment.
