Mid Java Developer- (JOB RN)

Salary: ₱80,000 Total Gross

Work Setup: 3 Days RTO per Week

Location: Taguig City

Qualifications

• Working proficiency in Java programming and software development
• Working knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, REST APIs, Git, JMS, and WebLogic
• Experience with microservices architecture and Java Generics
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and software design patterns
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and source code repositories
• Ability to develop, configure, monitor, maintain, and enhance deployed applications
• Ability to prepare technical and development documentation, operational manuals, and training materials as needed
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA/Application Specialists, DevOps, and other IT teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Background and Qualifications — Nice to Have

• 1–2 years of relevant Java development experience
• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with shell scripting in Linux or Windows environments
• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Exposure to Hadoop or other big-data platforms
• Knowledge of basic security, networking, cloud computing, automation, AI, or robotics
• Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, or lead small projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
