Your Role:
As a Mid-Graphic Designer, you will:

• Campaign Design: Contribute to the layout and creative design of campaigns, including National & Local Area Marketing flyers and Point of Sale (POS) material (posters, tickets, bunting, etc.).
• Digital Asset Creation: Develop imagery and templates for various online mediums, including eDMu0027s (email marketing), web tiles, social media artwork, and digital Ads.
• Brand Consistency: Apply the established brand style guide consistently across all artwork mediums and assist in applying design concepts to different marketing materials.
• Production & Editing: Edit/retouch product imagery, assist in creating design solutions for difficult artwork, and ensure proper file preparation for print is understood.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other designers and departments to coordinate layout and campaign material.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

• 2-3 year's experience in a busy design studio or an internal retail design department.
• High proficiency using Adobe CC (Mainly InDesign, Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator).
• Experience using Figma.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to time manage, prioritize workload, and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with a quick turnover of high-volume work.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Formal qualifications in Certificate/Diploma of Graphic Arts or equivalent.
• A good understanding of the print process and knowledge of file preparation for print.
• Understanding of After Effects, Premiere Pro, CSS, and HTML (not required, but a plus).
