Business Analyst L2-L3

The ideal candidate he/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:

Responsibilities

• Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria.
• Business Requirements Document (when applicable).
• UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials.
• Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog.
• Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog.
• Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog.
• Define requirements and functional specifications from the client's stakeholders.
• Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support.
• Must have excellent communication and business writing skills.
• Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written.
• Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops.
• Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables.
• Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

Nice to have skills

• Knowledgeable in Agile.
• Familiarity with bank systems/applications is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Data Mapping Documentation and Integration.
