Role Description The Microsoft Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Calabarzon, Philippines. This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of Microsoft products and solutions, including planning, positioning, and continuous improvement to meet market and customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include defining product requirements, coordinating with technical and sales teams, monitoring product performance, and developing go-to-market plans. The Microsoft Product Manager also engages in presales activities, supports customer presentations and demos, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Microsoft solutions. The role involves regular communication with clients, tracking market trends, and providing insights to enhance the product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Management skills, including product planning, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategy.
- Business Management capabilities, such as market analysis, pricing, and strategic planning.
- Sales experience with a focus on solution selling and customer relationship management.
- Team Management skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and driving collaborative execution.
- Presales expertise, including conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and supporting bid processes.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, platforms, and licensing models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT solutions, particularly in Microsoft ecosystems, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Calabarzon and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
