What You'll Do

✅ Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Microsoft solutions and services

✅ Develop and execute product strategies, business plans, and go-to-market initiatives

✅ Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Teams to identify opportunities and accelerate business growth

✅ Support presales activities, including solution positioning, presentations, and customer meetings

✅ Build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and recommend value-driven solutions

✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and Microsoft technology developments to uncover new opportunities

✅ Lead product-related sales initiatives and enable internal teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed

✅ Work closely with Microsoft and key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

✔ 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, handling Microsoft solutions and technologies

✔ Strong understanding of product management principles and the complete product lifecycle

✔ Proven experience in business planning, strategy development, and portfolio management

✔ Strong commercial mindset with experience in sales support, customer engagement, and business development

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

✔ Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments

✔ Exposure to presales activities, solution presentations, and customer-facing engagements

✔ Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Modern Workplace, Business Applications) is highly preferred

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
