Role Description
The Practice Lead for Microsoft is responsible for defining, scaling, and governing the Microsoft practice across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end Microsoft capability—from strategy and architecture through delivery and optimization—ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value across sales, service, marketing, and digital engagement functions..
Key Skills & Experience
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in CRM, enterprise applications, or digital platforms, with at least 5 years in a Microsoft leadership or practice-building role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft platform capabilities and architecture across multiple clouds.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Microsoft implementations or transformations.
- Experience building and scaling delivery teams and platform practices.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer).
- Experience in consulting, systems integration, or technology services organizations.
- Exposure to integration platforms, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
