Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, and support digital solutions that consolidate site KPIs from multiple data sources into centralized dashboards, reports, and workflow applications. The specialist will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, automate reporting processes, improve data visibility, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

Technical Requirements

1. Microsoft Power Platform

• Advanced experience in:
• Power BI
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

2. Power BI Expertise

• Minimum 3-5 years of Power BI development experience.
• Proficiency in:
• Data Modeling
• DAX
• Power Query
• Report and Dashboard Design
• Data Refresh and Gateway Configuration
• Experience developing executive-level KPI dashboards.

3. Data Integration & Management

• Experience integrating data from:
• Excel
• SharePoint
• SQL Server
• SAP or other ERP systems
• REST APIs
• Cloud-based data sources
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

4. Power Apps Development

• Experience building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Ability to create responsive mobile and desktop applications.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and SharePoint integration.

5. Automation & Workflow

• Experience creating Power Automate flows for data collection, approvals, alerts, and reporting automation.

Additional Technical Skills (Preferred)

• SQL programming
• Azure Data Services
• Microsoft Fabric
• SharePoint administration
• Python or other data analytics languages
• Understanding of manufacturing, reliability, maintenance, and operational KPIs
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.

• Create KPI scorecards, trend analysis, and drill-down reporting capabilities.
• Develop DAX measures and calculations to support advanced reporting requirements.
• Implement role-based access and security controls.

3. Power Apps Development

• Develop user-friendly Power Apps to capture, manage, and update operational data.
• Create mobile and desktop-compatible applications for site users.
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, Power BI, and other business systems.
• Enhance existing Power Apps and troubleshoot user issues.

4. Process Automation

• Develop Power Automate workflows to:
• Automate data collection
• Generate notifications and approvals
• Distribute reports
• Reduce manual reporting activities
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and digitization.

5. Governance & Support

• Establish data governance and reporting standards.
• Document applications, reports, and technical solutions.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Recommend best practices for Power Platform adoption and scalability.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

• Gather requirements from business users and leadership teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
