We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse, with experience integrating solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Power BI (Advanced DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling)
• Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate
• Power Pages
• Dataverse
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with APIs and external systems.
• Strong SQL and relational database modelling skills.
• Experience with Power Platform governance, administration, and security.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 preferred.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud integrations is an advantage.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps/ALM practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and support Power Apps solutions including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Develop automation workflows and business process solutions using Power Automate.
• Design and deploy Power Pages portals and web-based solutions.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Power BI, including advanced DAX and data modelling.
• Design and manage Dataverse entities, relationships, security models, and business rules.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, APIs, and external enterprise applications.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 integrations where required.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based data solutions and relational data models.
• Ensure compliance with Power Platform governance, security standards, and administration best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, deliver enhancements, and support business users.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts.
