As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role includes overseeing the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various teams is a key part of the day, as well as making strategic decisions that align with business goals and support successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft Power Automate For Desktop.
Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and software development best practices.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other enterprise systems and data sources.
Familiarity with user experience principles to create intuitive and effective software solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
This position is based at our Manila office.
