Microsoft FED ReactJS Developer is responsible for front end development using React andMicrosoft platform.

• Assist in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for the application

• Use the business process requirements to drive out application requirements andmetrics

• Design the application to meet the business process design and applicationrequirements

• Validate the design with stakeholders and participate in quality management reviews toensure that the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements

• Supervise other designers or developers in completing designs.

• Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers, and ensure a clear andcomplete understanding of the designs

• Design the application user interfaces, classes, and components

• Perform the detailed design of application and technical architecture components

• Develop common test data

• Configure, build, and test the application or technical architecture components

• Work with other developers, designers, and architects to make sure that theconfiguration and custom components meet application requirements and performancegoals

• Follow good security coding practices to ensure the application is free of most commoncoding vulnerabilities

• Participate in code reviews

• Participate in transitions of the application or technical architecture components to thetesters

• Fix any defects and performance problems discovered during testing

• Inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect otherareas of the project

• Provide application/technical support as needed. This may include installation ofapplication releases into production

• Review and understand work plan

• Create technical and functional/end-user operational documentation for the software orsystem

• Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our methodologies

• Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the software or system

• Meet milestones and related effort/time commitments for assigned deliverables andprovide work status, including estimated-time-to-complete (ETC) and actuals

• Proficient in front end development using React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,JQuery, Bootstrap, TypeScript and related technologies

• Skill in unit test, automation or test driven development

• Skill in using Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server, or similar technology

• At least 3 or more years of experience in a software development role

• At least 3 or more years of experience in front end development using React, Redux, HTML5,CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, TypeScript and related technologies

• Flexible to report onsite at any of Manila office locations: Alabang, BGC, Cubao and Mandaluyong City

Nice-to-have skills/experience:

• Skill in other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Vue

• Skill in C#, Bazlor, ASP.Net MVC/Core and SQL Development

• Experience working with cloud platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure

• Experience in agile

• Leadership experience

• Microsoft Role-Based Certification or the older Microsoft solutions developercertifications such as MCP, MCSD, or MCAD
