Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client needs, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Provide functional expertise and support during implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of Dynamics 365.
• Conduct user training and create documentation to support end-users and administrators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and consulting.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Finance & Operations.
• Experience in business analysis and understanding of business processes in a variety of industries.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications, including workflows and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
