Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist with strong expertise in the Marketing Module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive marketing automation strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 functionalities, marketing workflows, and integration with other business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements, with a focus on the Marketing Module.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns, lead scoring models, and customer journeys within Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM and other enterprise applications.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for CRM and marketing automation.
Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Deliver training and support to end-users on CRM marketing functionalities.
Stay updated on new features, updates, and industry trends related to Dynamics 365 and marketing automation.
Primary Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically the Marketing Module.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign management, and customer engagement strategies.
Experience in configuring and customizing CRM workflows, forms, and dashboards.
Knowledge of data integration, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certification.
Experience with related modules such as Sales and Customer Service.
Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations in marketing.
