Rate: Php 892.85 per hour

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Microsoft Consultant to support our growing Cloud and Cybersecurity practice. This role is responsible for delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on execution across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Security, and Compliance platforms.
The ideal candidate is a consultative professional who can engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements, lead discovery efforts, and translate findings into actionable roadmaps and solutions.
This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focus Areas (In order of importance)
- Entra ID and Active Directory
- Defender XDR (Identity, Endpoint, Cloud Apps, Office 365)
- Purview (DLP and Information Protection)
- Copilot (Protection and security)
- Intune
- Collaboration (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client needs into recommendations, solution designs, and roadmaps
- Act as a trusted advisor across Microsoft technologies
- Design and implement solutions across Microsoft 365, identity, and security
- Support assessments, migrations, and modernization initiatives
- Deliver documentation including findings, recommendations, and implementation plans
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Build assessments, support security best practices, assist with email migration work, and contribute independently with minimal oversight.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, cloud, or security roles
- Demonstrated ability to work in two or more of the Focus Areas listed
- Experience working in MSP, VAR, or consulting environments
- Experience supporting multiple clients or projects
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and identity/security fundamentals
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Should be able to build assessments, support security best practices, assist with email migration work, and contribute independently with minimal oversight.
