Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft BI / Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL Server, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and ETL.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Gather reporting and analytics requirements from business stakeholders.
Develop complex data models using Power BI / Tabular models.
Write optimized DAX measures, calculated columns, and calculations.
Perform data transformation and cleansing using Power Query (M).
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
Connect Power BI with SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs, and other data sources.
Implement appropriate star schema and dimensional data models.
Configure Power BI workspaces, datasets, reports, and dashboards.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and appropriate access controls.
Optimize Power BI reports, DAX calculations, datasets, and refresh performance.
Set up and manage scheduled and incremental data refresh.
Work with data engineers and business teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Troubleshoot reporting, data, refresh, and performance issues.
Maintain technical documentation and BI development standards.
