Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft ASP.NET + Microsoft SQL Server Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-quality applications. The role requires strong expertise in .NET and SQL Server technologies, with a focus on secure, efficient, and well-structured code.
Key Responsibilities- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices
- Gather and refine technical specifications and requirements
- Maintain, enhance, and scale existing platforms and applications
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them in development work
- Ensure quality control and governance of all deliverables
- Follow secure software development practices and standards
- Document code and actively participate in code reviews
- Contribute to estimation and system design sessions
- Implement shift-left testing approach, ensuring unit testing is included in each release
- Follow source control management standards (e.g., Git)
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions such as Lightning Talks
Required Skills- Strong experience in Microsoft ASP.NET development
- Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and REST APIs
- SQL Server Database Administration experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in SQL and RDBMS (SQL, SQL Server)
- Minimum 6 years experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript, React)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in managing information security in an agile development environment
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong initiative, accountability, and proactive mindset
Good to Have- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Demonstrated project management experience
