Microsoft 365 CRM Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting CRM solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and application requirements.
• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM applications and functionalities.
• Integrate CRM solutions with other systems and platforms.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for CRM applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Contribute technical solutions and recommendations to project and team discussions.
• Work independently while developing expertise and becoming an SME in CRM technologies.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and CRM development technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Experience with Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, or Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
• Knowledge of .NET and SQL Server.
• Strong CRM development and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, BGC, Cubao, or Mandaluyong.
