Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a MICE & Event Sales Manager based in Cebu, Philippines. The primary responsibilities include managing and executing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and other private events to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction. The role involves planning, coordinating, and negotiating with clients and teams to deliver successful events while maintaining high sales performance and building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Sales expertise with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue
- Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively
- Experience managing and coordinating Private Events
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the hospitality and MICE industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using event management and CRM tools
