MFM Transport Planning & Supply Coordinator - SPX Express (Valenzuela)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create optimized route schedules considering distance, time and requirements
• Project short term and long term demand & supply
• Project optimization of routes and cost analysis implications
• Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and create new tools to help improve planning and supply functionality
• Create simulations and models for productivity improvement
• Responsible for key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellence
• Support cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPX
• Responsible for weekly and monthly review of providers allocation and deployment
• Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting manager
• Monitor pre-booking linehaul requirements for RC to Hub, RTS, and intra requirements.
• Ensure updates on the status of shipments upon transporting until they reach every Hub.
• Conduct regular performance reviews per trucker to ensure adherence to company standards and efficiency in operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in transportation logistics, with a focus on linehaul operations.
• lStrong understanding of transportation management systems or any data dashboards.
• lExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, trucker, and drivers.
• Will be handling CAMANAVA, Pasig, Rizal, Marikina and Quezon City areas.
