Adore Support Services Philippine, Inc. is looking for a highly organized and commercially minded
Meta Ads & Product Growth Manager to help drive customer acquisition, product quality, and campaign performance.
This role sits at the intersection of
marketing, content, ecommerce, and operations. You will work closely with the media team, social media team, and product administration team to ensure products are presented beautifully and marketing campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and execution of Meta advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with the media team to create high-converting ad creatives
- Develop new campaign concepts, promotional offers, and marketing angles
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Analyze customer behavior, advertising performance, and marketing data
- Work closely with the social media team to align organic content with paid advertising campaigns
- Help plan content themes that support active promotions and product launches
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
- Review product listings for accuracy, completeness, and presentation quality
- Verify product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and specifications
- Coordinate with the product administration team to maintain excellent product merchandising standards
- Conduct regular audits of website content and product information
- Identify and resolve customer experience and information accuracy issues
- Ensure customers receive accurate and reliable information before making purchasing decisions
Requirements
- Based in Cebu City, Philippines, or willing to work on-site
- Fresh graduates with exceptional talent are encouraged to apply
- Strong English communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and marketing performance metrics
- Experience in Meta Ads, ecommerce, digital marketing, product management, or related fields is an advantage
