Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Meta Ads & Analytics Specialist who specializes in full-funnel attribution. While the day-to-day involves Meta Ads execution, the core of this role is integrated tracking. You won't just be running ads; you will be responsible for ensuring that every dollar spent across Meta, Google, and Email is trackable back to a specific booking or conversion. We need an architect who can consolidate fragmented data into a single, reliable source of truth.

Rate:

  • Equivalent of USD 1243/month in the applicant's local currency

Schedule:

  • 40 hrs/week

Responsibilities

  • Build a unified tracking ecosystem connecting Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email (e.g., Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and Social Media.
  • Implement end-to-end tracking for booking links (Calendly, Acuity, etc.) to ensure we know exactly which source generated a final appointment.
  • Move beyond Last Click. Setup and manage attribution windows that account for multi-touch journeys across different marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain a Source of Truth dashboard (e.g., Looker Studio or specialized CRM reporting) that aggregates data from all channels.
  • Monitor website analytics and visitor behavior to identify friction points in the conversion funnel.
  • Translate raw data into business intelligence—proactively advising where to increase spend and where to cut based on measurable ROI, not just platform metrics.
  • Execute campaigns with a heavy focus on high-intent professional audiences and retargeting.
  • Ensure the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and Pixel are perfectly synced with website events and booking platforms.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Meta Conversions API.
  • Deep understanding of UTM parameters, first-party data, and how to track conversions across third-party booking platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in building automated, consolidated reports (Looker Studio, PowerBI, or similar).
  • High-level execution skills in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Success Metrics

  • 100% of bookings and leads are correctly attributed to their original marketing source.
  • A live, consolidated dashboard that the client can check at any time to see cross-channel performance.
  • Evidence of budget shifts made based on attribution data that resulted in a lower Cost Per Booking.
  • Zero blind spots in the tracking of the customer journey from first touch to final sale.
