About the Job

We're hiring a Meta Ads Creative Strategist / Media Buyer to help us scale a growing anime inspired jewelry and accessories brand through stronger paid social creative, sharper testing, and better performance decisions. This role is for someone who understands what makes DTC ads convert, can develop winning angles and concepts, can guide creative output from designers and editors, and can make smart decisions based on performance data. You'll work closely with the founder and team to improve ad strategy, creative systems, testing cadence, and overall marketing execution. This is not an entry level role. We want someone who has already worked on successful Shopify e-commerce brands, understands both creative and performance, and can help us scale with more consistency.

Tasks

  • Manage and improve our paid social performance, with a primary focus on Meta Ads
  • Develop creative strategies, concepts, hooks, offers, and testing plans to drive sales
  • Analyze ad performance and turn data into clear next steps for new creatives, iterations, and cut decisions
  • Help oversee designers, editors, and content contributors to make sure creative output matches performance goals
  • Run structured creative tests across different formats, messages, and angles
  • Organize and manage creative workflows, asset libraries, testing notes, and performance learnings
  • Help source and coordinate content inputs such as UGC, briefs, raw footage, references, and new ad concepts
  • Work closely with the founder to spot opportunities, improve decision making, and strengthen the overall marketing system

Requirements

  • Strong experience running or supporting paid social for successful Shopify e-commerce brands, with at least 7 figures in annual revenue
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads creative strategy, creative testing, and performance analysis
  • Excellent taste and judgment when it comes to high performing direct response ads
  • Able to look at data and identify what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next
  • Comfortable leading or coordinating designers, editors, and other creative contributors
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing track
  • Hard working, reliable, and performance focused

Nice to Have

  • Experience with jewelry, fashion, accessories, anime, manga, gaming, or collector focused brands
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or broader paid social strategy
  • Experience working closely with founders in lean, fast moving e-commerce teams
  • Strong understanding of organic content, UGC workflows, and creator sourcing
  • Familiarity with landing pages, funnels, CRO, and broader DTC growth systems
  • Good feel for the artist, anime, small business, or fandom community
