We're hiring a Meta Ads & Creative Specialist to manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns while also supporting ad creative production. This role is ideal for someone who understands both performance marketing and how to produce or iterate on ad creatives using design skills and AI tools.
This is a fully remote role open to international candidates, with required work during U.S. business hours in the central time zone.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Optimize campaigns daily based on performance data
- Create and manage lead generation, retargeting, and conversion funnels
- Develop ad creatives, static images and simple video assets, for Meta Ads
- Use AI tools to generate, test, and iterate Facebook and Instagram ad creative
- Collaborate with the team on messaging, hooks, and creative angles
- Test creative variations to combat ad fatigue and improve performance
- Track and report on KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Manage multiple ad accounts efficiently and consistently
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management experience
- Proven experience running lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Experience creating ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar)
- Experience using AI tools to create or enhance ad creative (image, copy, or video)
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to test and iterate independently
- Fluent written and spoken English

- Marketing agency experience
- Experience with service-based or local business advertising
- Experience creating short-form video ads
- Familiarity with tracking, pixels, and basic funnel setup
