Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the model units and guardhouse
Provide assistance on sales activities (open house)
Ability to maintain all housekeeping stocks
Knowledge of the correct handling and application of chemicals
Knowledge of the proper operation and maintenance of all housekeeping equipment
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
Ability to read, understand, and follow specific instructions
Ability to enforce safety procedures
Ability to perform housekeeping tasks
Knowledge and ability to apply cleaning techniques, methods, and proper use of equipment
Must be willing to proceed with the medical requirements
Able to work long hours and can perform physical activities such as mopping, carrying loads, etc.
At least high school level or graduate
Knowledgeable on minor repairs (replacement of doorknobs, replacement of busted bulbs, etc.)
Willing to be part of an agency
Willing to start as soon as possible
