Merchant Success Executive
We are looking for proactive individuals to join our team in a hybrid setup. This position has two distinct focus areas. Applicants will be assigned to a specific function based on their strengths and interests:
Merchant Acquisition Focus
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and reach out to potential restaurant and brand partners to continuously expand the BuyBuddy merchant network.
- Meeting Coordination: Secure meetings and introductions with business owners or decision-makers.
- Internal Scheduling: Coordinate with the team for the proper scheduling of presentations and partnership discussions.
- Partnership Negotiation: Discuss partnership terms and ensure the professional turnover of newly acquired leads to the onboarding team.
Merchant Onboarding Focus
- End-to-End Onboarding: Lead the process of gathering merchant requirements and assets to ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to being live on the app.
- Documentation Management: Coordinate the signing of partnership agreements and ensure all preliminary documents are complete.
- Offer Coordination: Assist partners regarding the specific mechanics, terms, and conditions of their BOGO promotions and merchant promos.
- Merchant Support: Serve as the main point of contact for new partners, addressing technical concerns or inquiries during the initial launch phase.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related fields). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Any relevant experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or client relations is a significant advantage.
- Highly motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup.
