Merchant Acquisition & POS Deployment: Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants for POS solutions; ensure smooth deployment and activation while maintaining strong merchant relationships.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support business growth.
Merchant Application & Compliance: Prepare complete and compliant merchant applications; ensure KYC adherence and accurate documentation.
Risk & Fraud Management: Perform due diligence to prevent high-risk or fraudulent accounts and maintain zero fraud/chargeback incidents.
Account Management & Collections: Handle contract renewals, assist in collecting past-due balances, and support merchant retention and upselling.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily activities, track KPIs, and take proactive actions to achieve targets.
What We Need
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Experience in merchant acquisition or payment solutions is an advantage.
