He/She/They will be responsible for managing and overseeing the functions of Retrieval Team under Chargeback Unit which include retrieval of documents from merchant for fulfillment as supporting documents for chargeback issuing and fraud investigation. Ensure that all retrieval requests are acted upon with timeliness, completeness, legibility and accuracy.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Ensure that all requests from various sources are encoded in the database and promptly acted upon by the processors.
- Ensure that all fulfillment and CBM applications are within the required TAT.
- Ensure correctness and accuracy of fulfillment documents and transactions for CBM.
- Discusses with the Unit Head immediate concerns and provides necessary recommendations.
- Analyze trends or investigate surges in volume and amount or abnormality noted on MIS and elevate to management for action as necessary.
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:
- Bachelor's degree holder (4-year or 5-year course)
- At least 5 years supervisory chargeback experience in a credit card business
- Complete understanding of credit card business especially in chargeback and settlement
You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
