Job Description

Job Description:

  • Reconcile, review, and correct merchant data from submissions
  • Prepare, review, and update the working SOP
  • Coordinate with related teams to solve the problem
  • Support ad-hoc task upon request
  • Prepare and perform data analysis report upon request
  • Be ready and always prepare for unexpected circumstances and be willing to make it work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and related field
  • 1 - 2 years experience in KYB/KYC, Onboarding or related fields would be a plus
  • Basic SQL would be a plus
  • Basic-Good in English communication
  • Good in MS office program
  • Critical thinking and willing to learn
  • Hard-working and energetic personality with Can-Do attitude
  • Details-oriented with skepticism skill
