Merchant Onboarding Coor, SPX Express

Key Responsibilities

• - Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants
• - Coordinate with merchants to collect required documents and information
• - Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending requirements
• - Ensure accurate data entry and system setup for merchant accounts
• - Support onboarding analysts in preparing merchants for go-live
• - Respond to basic merchant inquiries related to onboarding requirements and status
• - Maintain onboarding trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation
• - Escalate issues or delays to the onboarding analyst or lead when needed
• - Help improve onboarding checklists, templates, and workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus
